Founder and CEO of Maison
Dani Thomas has been working in the luxury real estate and home management sector for over 7 years. Her time both in commercial real estate and on the Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville project has provided her with the best experience possible when it comes to delivering the highest level of service to her clients and their homes.
Dani is highly trusted and extremely well versed in everything that involves managing a home and will always go above and beyond what is asked of her. The connections and education she has gained while on Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville is what makes her incomparable in this field. She adds a value that makes her clients wonder how they survived without her until this point. Her impact cannot be measured.
Dani is originally from Highlands Ranch, CO and went to Ole Miss for college. She currently lives in East Nashville with her husband, Nate, and their two golden retrievers, Chesney and Manning!
What do we do?
At our core we manage the systems and services of your home. HVAC maintenance schedule and filter changing, appliances servicing, running water in under used plumbing fixtures, landscape and irrigation management, weatherproofing, pest control scheduling, etc. All the un-fun things you never want to do at the end of a work day when you get home! Additionally, making sure everything is running smoothly if you are out of town!
At the next level, we can help with renovation projects and vendor management of home improvements. I personally love helping with these and have a list of amazing vendors that are beyond fair in terms of pricing and providing excellent work. We can also assist with adding elements to the house to improve its value. Not necessarily from a "adding resale value" perspective but from maintaining the value you have already put into the home. Things like installing leak detection systems, security systems, softeners to improve water quality, reverse osmosis drinking water installs, the list goes on. Things that make home more enjoyable and provide peace of mind. While we are not personally GCs or plumbers, we provide the vendor, get you a fair quote to review, if you approve we coordinate the work, and help you facilitate payment to the vendor while being the middleman so the vendor only goes through me and does not bug you directly.
Lastly, we can put on our concierge hats! These are things like doing the grocery shopping for you, scheduling cleaning services, picking up and dropping dry cleaning, sending out holiday cards or event invitations, planning events and dinners, planning private car transport or helicopter rides! Think of us as a personal and executive assistant rolled into one.
Our scope of work is different for every family and home we work for but at the base, we are a facilitator, supervisor, and support system for anything you may need. We have been fortunate in making connections with great people and vendors that we trust not only in my own home and, more importantly, in our client's homes.
Because every client is so different, our packages are based on hours and not tasks so that way you can feel comfortable asking for any help or service. The packages are a client pre-buying hours of commitment per month and then we fill those hours based on your needs. We report all my hours down to the minute and send that timesheet with each invoice so you know exactly what we did and how long it took.
